1. TUITION FEES STRUCTURE - Tuition fees are calculated based on the total program cost, divided proportionally according to the number of terms (pro-rated from 2 to 12 terms). - The number of credits awarded per term may exceed or fall short of the tuition fee paid during that term. However, by the end of the program, the total tuition paid will correspond to the total number of credits awarded.
2. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS Students must settle the following fees no later than one month before the start of the study term: - Application (Form) Fee - Pre-Registration Fee - Student Executive Board (BEM) Fee - Tuition Fee
Note: The Application Fee, Pre-Registration Fee, and BEM Fee (per term) are non-refundable. The BEM Fee is charged every term.
3. VISA REJECTION POLICY In the event of a visa application failure, all fees paid will be fully refunded to the student.
4. PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT - A late payment penalty of Rp 180,000 per working day will be charged after the due date. - Tuition Fee Payment Deadlines: Winter Intake: 15 December (previous year) Summer Intake: 15 April Fall Intake: 15 August

- Students are expected to purchase required textbooks, supplies, and course-related materials.
- All tuition fees and school charges are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted.
6. CREDIT TRANSFER Credit transfer fees: 30% of the accepted credit fee for Advanced Diploma programs 15% of the accepted credit fee for Bachelor-level programs
7. WITHDRAWALS, DEFERMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS All requests must be submitted in writing to the Academic Department no later than one week before the start of the term. The effective date is when the request is received.
If a student fails to submit a formal request, their status will be considered active, and fees (plus penalties) will continue to be billed.
7.1 New Students - Withdrawal ≥1 month before term start: Full tuition refund - Withdrawal <1 month before term start: 50% refund - Withdrawal <1 week before term start: No refund
7.2 Existing Students A. Withdrawal - No refunds are granted for withdrawals submitted after the term begins.
B. Deferment - Students must submit the Deferment Form no later than one week before the start of the term, with a deferment fee of Rp 1,500,000 per term. - Maximum deferment period: 3 terms (12 months). After that, students must re-register and comply with the current fee regulations.
C. Cancellation - Allowed up to one week after the term starts, without penalty. - No refunds are granted for cancellations after the first week.
8. COURSE REPETITION (RETAKE POLICY) - Students must pay the applicable retake tuition fee for failed or repeated courses. - Retake fees are billed separately at the final term and are not included in the standard term tuition.
9. PROGRAM CHANGES - Students may request one program change by submitting a form approved by Program Director, Academic, and Finance. - Students who intend to transfer from the Diploma program to the Bachelor program must submit their request no later than the end of Term 3.
Requests made after Term 5 begins will require the student to re-register and enroll in the Bridging Program, in accordance with institutional policies. - Additional program changes beyond the first will require a re-registration fee. - Tuition will be recalculated based on the remaining credits required in the new program.
10. SCHOLARSHIP POLICY Scholarships will be revoked if the student: 1. Changes their program 2. Adds or drops classes 3. Takes a leave of absence (deferment) 4. Fails to meet the academic performance criteria
11. DOCUMENT HOLD POLICY The institution reserves the right to withhold official documents (transcripts, certificates, etc.) if the student has outstanding financial obligations.
12. AGREEMENT By enrolling at LaSalle College International Jakarta, all students acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Fees and Refund Policy, which serves as an official and binding regulation.
